Simmons told us that none of the schools have offered yet. "I don't have a leader right now," Simmons said. "All of the schools are about even."
Simmons added: "I haven't taken any visits yet. I'll probably wait to do that. I'm looking for a school with strong academics. I'm also looking for a school where I can get some playing time (as a freshman)."
Simmons spoke about when he might make a decision on a school of choice. "I'll probably decide in the spring once the season is over."
Simmons averaged 29 points, 10 assists, and 4 rebounds for Ossining last season as a junior. Simmons is a good student, carrying a B average. He has taken the SAT, scoring 1000.
Rushid is a point guard with a very solid build who impressed Rivals Hoops with his play at the Rumble in the Bronx earlier this summer.
