Rundles thinking about visits
After missing most of last year due to an injury suffered during football, Cameron Rundles was looking forward to the AAU summer circuit. Now that the 6-foot-2, 180-pound point guard from De Lasalle High School in Minneapolis, Minn., is done playing for the summer, Rundles is now looking forward to taking some visits in the fall.
"I had a pretty good summer playing basketball," said Rundles. "We had a lot of talented players on our team, so we struggled finding a way to play consistent basketball for most of the summer. It was a real struggle for most of the summer, but I felt that I had a good summer on the court."

Now that the summer AAU circuit is complete, Rundles is looking forward to taking some official visits in the fall. The 6-foot-2 point guard made it perfectly clear that he is wide-open at this time, but he also stated that he would like to visit a number of schools in particular.
"Illinois State, Central Florida, Santa Clara, Dayton and Creighton are the schools that I have heard from in August," said Rundles. "I am going to keep all of my options open at this time, but those are the schools showing the most interest in me.
"I would definitely like to visit Central Florida and Illinois State," he added. "I would also like to take a visit to Xavier if that is possible. Once I get back to school in a couple of weeks, Central Florida and Illinois State are the first two schools that I plan to visit. "Illinois State is recruiting a good friend of mine, so he and I might take a visit together at the same time."
Rundles stated that he would like to have a decision about his future made before the start of his senior year of basketball. If everything goes as expected, Rundles will sign during the early signing period.
