Roundtree comes around for SIU

Torres Roundtree is back where he first started in the wild ride of recruiting. The Florissant (Mo.) McCluer North guard has re-committed to Southern Illinois after further exploration into other programs.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard gave a nod to Chris Lowery and the SIU staff during his junior year but opted to re-open his decision in July. On Sunday, Roundtree opted for the Salukis once again.

"...At the end of the day SIU felt like home," Roundtree told The St. Louis Dispatch. "I de-committed because I thought I might just be blinding myself to what other schools had to offer."
Roundtree told the paper that he also listened to Baylor, Illinois State and Missouri State and visited Southern Cal unofficially.
Roundtree joins high school teammate Anthony Booker, a four-star prospect, Kevin Dillard, a Rivals150 point guard, and Illinois wing Chris Parrish.
