Robinson Sets Up Four Visits

Highly ranked guard Russell Robinson, 6-foot-1, 180-pound combo guard from Rice High School in New York City, has set up four official visits, according to Russell, Sr. "He is going to visit Kentucky, UCONN, Kansas, and Georgia Tech. He is also considering Florida State and St. John's. He is thinking about visiting St. John's unofficially."
Last night Robinson led the New York Gauchos to a tournament win over the Juice at CCNY. Robinson might compete at the Five Star camp next week in Honesdale, Penn. "He said he was going," said Russell, Sr. "Then he was going to take a vacation before he went back to school and took his visits."

Robinson heads back to school after Labor Day. "He's going to visit Connecticut on September 12th through the 14th," Mr. Robinson said. "Then he is going to visit Georgia Tech on September 19th through the 21st. Russell also plans on visiting Kansas on the 28th.
Mr. Robinson added: "Russell said he wants to visit either St. John's or Florida State officially. He feels he can visit St. John's unofficially if he has to since we live in the area. But he will also visit Kentucky on October 17th too."
Russell, Sr. said his son doesn't have a leader right now in his recruiting process. "They are all great schools with great coaches," Mr. Robinson said. "Russell is going to have a hard time deciding. But I will take some of the visits with him and his mom will also take some of the visits. So we will split up the visits."
