Robinson Ready For Next Trip

Russell Robinson, a 6-foot-2 point guard from Rice High School in New York City, will at least take more more official visit before making a decision, according to his dad, Russell, Sr. "It's tough to make all these trips because sometimes we have to work on weekends," said Mr. Robinson. "But I expect to take the trip this week to Kansas with Russell."
Robinson, a 6-foot-2 ballhawking defender, recently completed his second official visit, a trip to Connecticut. Robinson and his dad stated the trip went well. But there are other schools making a serious effort to bring Robinson to their campus for a visit too.

"He might take a visit to Kentucky after the trip to Kansas," Mr. Robinson said. "And he could also take a trip to St. John's. I don't know if they will happen but he has spoken about taking those trips."
Robinson, who starred for the New York City Gauchos this past summer at AAU events, has also taken an official visit to Georgia Tech. "He hasn't made a commitment or is he leaning to any school right now," said Mr. Robinson. "I see sometimes articles saying Russell is ready to make a commitment to a school. But I live in the same house and he hasn't given me any indication that was going to happen."
Russell is rated the 31st best player in the 2004 class in the Rivals150.
