Roberts Has Many High Offers

Terrence Roberts, a highly sought after 6'8'' 205 lb combo forward from St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, was a beast at the ABCD tournament and carried his stellar play over into the Three Stripes Tournament at Hofstra.
Roberts played like a man possessed in New Jersey, extremely active on both ends of the floor. Roberts was seemingly above the rim for putbacks and tip dunks on every bounce. Roberts handles very well for his size, capable of putting it on the deck. The one thing he hasn't done consistently throughout the week is shoot the ball. Roberts will have to shoot it more consistently at the next level, but has a fluid release with pretty good mechanics.

Rivals Hoops saw Roberts manhandle Utah commit Stefan Zimmerman during one match-up at ABCD. Zimmerman, a fine catch for the Utes, could not contain Roberts considering his explosiveness and relentless assault on the glass. Roberts is quick off his feet and was above the rim grappling for caroms all week in New Jersey, In this reporter's opinion, he was one of the top five players in the camp, if not top three.
Roberts recruiting situation has remained static. Terrance lists Syracuse and Florida as his top schools. Also on his list are Villanova, UConn, Maryland, Illinois, Rutgers, Virginia, Seton Hall, and many more. All schools on his list have offered except for Maryland and Illinois.
Roberts has already taken unofficial visits to Rutgers and Villanova. He plans on scheduling some more visits for the month of August.
Terrence will attend the Las Vegas Big Time Tournament with the Tim Thomas Playaz, as well as a sanctioned tournament in Maui, Hawaii, but will not participate in the Charlie Weber Tournament in West Virginia.
Roberts carries a 2.5 GPA. He has scored 1100 on the SAT.
