Roberts: Florida Syracuse Strong

Both Florida and Syracuse got off to great starts in recruiting Terrence Roberts, a long and agile 6-8, 205 pound rising senior junior power/combination forward from St. Anthony's H.S. in Jersey City, N.J. And both continue to be right at the top of Roberts' list.
On Syracuse and Florida: "They made me feel like they really want me. That's why I have them and Florida as my top two."

But Roberts is quick to point out he is going to take his time in the recruiting process. "I don't plan on making any kind of decision until after the summer is over," Roberts said. "There are other schools I am interested in."
Those schools are Virginia, Rutgers, Villanova, Maryland, Illinois, Seton Hall, Connecticut, Villanova, and St. John's.
Roberts, who plays for the Playaz team from New Jersey, will be heading out to Colorado for the junior USA trials. "I am really looking forward to it," Roberts said. "It's different from AAU ball. So it's a change."
Roberts, a bouncy athlete who thrives in an up tempo attack, has long arms that allow him to keep the ball alive with consistency when he is in the paint. He can also show his versatility. Roberts can step away from the battles in the paint and knock down the short-midrange jumper on occasion.
