Rivals150 guard re-opens recruitment

As quick as players are committing to schools, players are reneging on their verbal pledges. Cashmere Wright, a Rivals150 guard from Savannah (Ga.) Urban Christian, is no longer headed to Clemson.
Wright told Rivals.com on Wednesday that he wanted to further explore his options outside of the ACC program. Wright committed to the Tigers in February.

"I wanted to look at all of my options and feel out some different schools," Wright said. "I want to go somewhere that I'm comfortable and has my style of play. I think I may have rushed into things so I wanted to look at everything a little slower this time."
The 6-foot, 170-pound combo guard said the Tigers are still being considered, Wright said. Cincinnati and Tennessee were considered prior to his pledge to Clemson, he added. Both programs are likely to be involved now.
"I want to take my time and re-evaluate my top five at the end of the summer and then take some official visits after the summer is over," Wright said.
Clemson holds a verbal commitment from Romanian center Catalin Baciu in the 2007 class currently.
