Williams had said he will visit Illinois on September 15th and North Carolina on October 5th.
Williams, who averaged 20 points and 13 rebounds per game last season as a junior, is a legitimate McDonald's All American candidate because he has an impact on both sides of the court. Williams is one of the most sought after players and many believe he is the best player in this year's class of 2002. He plays tough inside and can go out and drop down the jumper. Williams is also a good defender, works hard on the glass, and blocks shots.
