Rashad McCants, Royals Knocked Out Of Tournament

BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA -- Rashad McCants was held to 12 points and the Charlotte Royals dropped a 61-53 decision to the Indy Warriors on Sunday night in a round of 16 game at the NIKE Memorial Day tournament.
The Royals, who had previously won the Boo Williams Classic earlier this spring and finished second at this event last year, were unable to stop the inside attack of the Warriors.

Forwards Angelo Smith and Delco Rowley tallied 13 and 12 points respectively to pace the Warriors victory. Justin Gray continued his fine play this weekend leading Charlotte with 18 points. Gray will be at Oak Hill Academy again this season to play for coach Steve Smith and will be one of the focal points for this team offensively.
Indianapolis will next face the Emerald City Pioneers in a 9:30 CT quarterfinal matchup.
