Rashad Anderson, a high scoring 6-5, 205 pound shooting guard from Kathleen H.S. in Lakeland, Fla., enjoyed an impressive weekend at the Rumble in the Bronx Tournament in New York.
Although his Tallahassee Wildcats team went just 1-2 in pool play, Anderson pumped in over 20 points per contest in three games. He impressed us with his smooth jumpshooting ability off the dribble and quick slashing moves to the basket. He is definitely one of the top offensive talents in the Class of 2002.

In fact, Anderson planned to swing by Florida for an unofficial look at the school this week.
Anderson averaged 24 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block per game this past season for Kathleen. He said he has a 3.6 GPA in the classroom, and narrowly missed a qualifying ACT score on his first attempt on the test.
Anderson has a busy schedule of events this summer, starting off with the Nike All-American Camp in Indianapolis. He will then travel to the Great American Shootout in Denton, Tex., the AAU Super Showcase and the AAU Nationals with the Tallahassee Wildcats.
