Providence lands undersized, but athletic point guard

Although undersized at just 5-foot-7, the native of California's Bay Area is among the most explosive pound for pound athletes in the country.
Wild at times, he's a kid who plays with lots of energy and has what is best described as a high risk/high reward playing style.
Gardner's commitment was confirmed by several sources close to the situation including his prep school coach Bobby Bossman of Phoenix (Ariz.) Westwind Prep.
