Prince Enjoyed Arizona Trip

Highly recruited point guard J.P. Prince, from White Station High School in Memphis, Tenn., had another successful visit to Arizona after having positive visits to NC State and Vanderbilt. Prince, 6-foot-5, 183-pounds, has one more official visit scheduled for Florida early in October.
“I really enjoyed the visit,” said Prince, the No. 23 ranked player in the Rivals150. “I had a good time and played pick up Richard Jefferson and Luke Walton.”

Although Arizona is quite a distance from Memphis, Prince said that Arizona is “definitely” a contender.
“I like the warm weather and the atmosphere out there,” he said. “The coaches are great, and it felt like home out there.”
Although Prince does not plan to use an official visit on Memphis, Memphis is a contender for the hometown star.
“I will go there for a weekend and hang out with the guys,” he said. “I don’t know when I will go, but I can go over there whenever. I already know most of the guys anyway.”
Prince, who has a 3.0 GPA and score of 19 on the ACT, will visit Florida on October 8.
