Price Has Top Five

Eric Price, a 6-foot-2, 170-pound point guard from Blair Academy in Blairstown, New Jersey, is a member of the class of 2005 who is being eyed by a number of high major programs.
Price, who verbally committed to Memphis during his sophomore year, is now open. He has an impressive list of programs that are giving him a look.

"Right now it's between Kansas, Illinois, Notre Dame, Kentucky, and Arizona," said Price. "I plan on visiting Illinois after my Christmas break in January."
Price is a wiry guard who brings pretty good size to his position. He sees the floor well and is a capable penetrator who had draw defenders and dish to the open man.
Price plays with the DC Blue Devils on the AAU circuit. He had his moments this weekend at the Boys Club Tournament in New York City, but was overshadowed by the play of teammates Will Scott, Shamari Spears, and Chris Alvarez, as Blair team with multiple Division prospects staved off Northfield Mount Hermon, 79-70, for the tournament title. Along the way Blair defeated Lawrenceville Prep and the Boys Club of New York.
Price, native of Washington, D.C., has emerged as one of the more sought-after point guard prospects out of the class of 2005.
