After finishing his high school career Harvey (Ill.) Thornton Township, Greene thought he could improve with a year.
This season at Bradenton (Fla.) IMG, he grew a bit to 6-foot-3, added some strength and took his game to the next level.
Sunday, it all came together as the prep schooler made a verbal commitment to Auburn.
"The coaches was my type of guys and they made me a priority," said Greene Jr. "The opportunity to play is extremely high and I feel like I will be an impact player for Auburn next year."
A three-star prospect, Greene Jr. thrives in an up-tempo setting and has some athleticism. He joins a class that includes three-stars Jordon Granger, Shaquille Johnson, Asauhn Dixon-Tatum and four-star scorer Jordan Price.
