Poole set to announce

Coming off his weekend visit to Kentucky, four-star wing Stacey Poole has set the time to announce his decision between his three remaining schools.

Poole, 6-foot-5, 200-pounds from Jacksonville (Fla.) Providence School, will announce between Kentucky, Clemson and South Carolina on Thursday at 5:30 pm Eastern at a televised news conference.

"It's just down to Kentucky, Clemson and South Carolina," Poole told Rivals.com. "I just have to sit down with my peeps and figure it out."

Poole, the No. 27 ranked prospect in the Rivals150, is considered a Kentucky lean.

Poole is an elite athlete's in regard to explosiveness, strength and body control. He excels at attacking the basket, drawing contact and finishing. An average outside shooter at this point, Poole has promise in this regard based on his touch near the basket on the move. A solid wing ball handler, Poole also has the ability to dominate his position as a defender and rebounder.
