Poole makes the call

As expected, four-star prospect Stacey Poole became Kentucky's first commitment in the 2010 class.
Choosing Kentucky over Clemson and South Carolina, Poole is excited about how he will fit into the Dribble Drive Offense.

"The Dribble Drive is a good offense," said Poole, a 6-foot-5, 200-pound wing from Jacksonville (Fla.) Providence High School. "It's hard to defend, and I love to finish. I love to go to the rim. That's part of the reason I chose Kentucky."
Poole, the No. 27 ranked prospect in the Rivals150, also expressed strong confidence in Kentucky head coach John Calipari during his press conference.
Stacey Poole scouting report:
Poole is an elite athlete's in regard to explosiveness, strength and body control. He excels at attacking the basket, drawing contact and finishing. An average outside shooter at this point, Poole has promise in this regard based on his touch near the basket on the move. A solid wing ball handler, Poole also has the ability to dominate his position as a defender and rebounder.
