Plummer Makes Case To High Majors

Brewster Academy head coach Jason Smith told us that Norman Plummer, a lanky 6-6, 200 pound small/combo forward, is making a strong case to be recruited at a high major level. "He's had a tremendous week," Smith said. "He works very hard. He is a good kid who is learning everyday. He just scores. He is able to score around the rim too."
Those are very positive aspects for a player who has to play the wing position. RivalsHoops.com watched Plummer raise his stock quite a bit several weeks back when Norman competed at the War on the Shore event held in Delaware.

Plummer ran the floor very well. He also showed he can play both ends of the court by deflecting passes and making steals. Plummer can also score both off the dribble and in transition.
A native of Fairfield, Ohio, Plummer has been averaging over 20 points a game as a junior. If his consistency improves regarding his three-point shot, he is likely to have many high offers.
Providence, Ohio State, Iowa State and Wyoming are now showing serious interest in Plummer.
