Plenty of options for Buycks

Dwight Buycks is ready to take the next step forward in his recruitment. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound shooting guard from Bayview High School in Milwaukee, Wis., has seen several programs emerge as the teams to beat in his recruitment, and is looking forward to taking some visits in the immediate future.
"Right now, the highest schools on my list or Memphis and Bradley," said Buycks. "In the next two weeks, I am going to visit Bradley. Memphis is waiting on my ACT Test scores and transcript.

"I think that I will use all five visits, but if not, it will be real close," he added. "I would like to take all five before I decide, but its going to be close."
Buycks is also receiving interest from Iowa State, Illinois State, Loyola-Chicago, Northern Iowa, and Wisconsin-Green Bay. As it stands right now, he would like to officially visit several of these programs before making a decision.
However, Buycks indicated that a new high-major program has started to recruit him.
"Connecticut is showing interest right now," he said. "I would like to take a trip to UCONN if I can, but I just don't know about that yet. I will take an official visit to Iowa State. Wisconsin-Green Bay, Baylor and Illinois are some schools recruiting me pretty hard.
"Bradley has been up to the gym to watch me practice," he added. "Wisconsin-Green Bay has also been up, and Memphis is supposed to come. November 13 is the first day of practice, so that's what I'm thinking most about. I am real excited about my senior year."
