Pettinella Sets Up 3 Visits
Ryan Pettinella, a finesse 6-8, 205 pound power/combination forward from McQuaid Jesuit in Rochester, N.Y., has set up a trio of official visits this fall.
Rivalshoops.com spoke with Ryan's dad on Monday night, and he informed us that his son has trips planned to Rice (Sept. 13-15), Penn (Sept. 27-29) and Cornell (Sept. 19-21) this month.

It's important to note that Ryan still hasn't ruled out seven other colleges, many of which he has already unofficially visited. Those schools are Bucknell, Davidson, St. Bonaventure, Holy Cross, Yale, Dartmouth and Fairfield. He visited every one of those except Dartmouth and Fairfield.
Mr. Pettinella said that the first three trips will yield two possible outcomes: an oral commitment to one of those programs; or a desire to utilize the final two official visits on a pair of the other seven finalists on the list.
