Graham, 6-foot-4, 175-pounds out of Durham (N.C.) Word of God Christian Academy, is excited about staying close to home to play his college ball.
"The main thing is that it is close to home," said Graham. "Coach Gottfried is going to turn the program around. He started recruiting me when he first got here. I know he can make me a better person off the court and a better player on the court."
With the potential to be an explosive scorer, Graham is focused on becoming a primary perimeter scorer for North Carolina State.
"I know I'm going to have to work for everything, and I'm ready to do that," said Graham. "The opportunity is there for me."
Graham, who runs with the DC Assault, is the No. 25 ranked prospect in the Rivals150.
