OSullivan: Total Package

Marty O'Sullivan, a resourceful 6-6, 210 pound small forward from McQuaid Jesuit H.S. in Rochester, N.Y., recently committed to Fairfield for a number of reasons.
"I just like the coaches there," O'Sullivan said. "I trust them. They were at all of my events this summer, and I feel very comfortable with them."

O'Sullivan chipped in this summer with Mickey Walker's Donyell Marshall Foundation program, much in the same way he helps out Joe Marchese's McQuaid Jesuit program.
A reliable spot up three point shooter, O'Sullivan has a nose for the basketball and is an active presence on the glass. He projects as a combo or small forward at the MAAC level.
"Fairfield is an up and coming team, and it's a Jesuit school," Marty added. "I know I will get a good education there."
O'Sullivan said he has a 3.1 GPA and has scored a 1020 on the SAT, so he's already qualified academically.
After a busy summer on the hoops circuit, O'Sullivan is slated to participate in one summer event -- a Hoop Group event at Seton Hall University the weekend of Sept. 21.
Rivalshoops plans on catching McQuaid Jesuit in action during the high school regular season, and we'll keep you posted on O'Sullivan's play.
