Oliver picks up ACC offer

2009 four-star prospect Brian Oliver is drawing dividends from his move to Mouth of Wilson (Va.) Oak Hill Academy. The 6-foot-6, 190-pound small forward feels his game is progressing and has just picked up an offer from an ACC school.
"I'm really happy that Georgia Tech has offered me," said Oliver. "They are definitely one of my top schools. I have a top ten at this point, but they aren't in any particular order."

Joining Georgia Tech in Oliver's top ten are Cincinnati, Georgetown, Miami, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Xavier. Everyone except for Georgetown has offered.
The former Delaware star is steadily making the transition to his new situation at Oak Hill.
"Oak Hill is fine," he said. "It's a lot different from Delaware basketball. That's for sure. But it's going well. I've earned a starting spot, and I feel like my game is progressing a lot more. I'm becoming better prepared for college, and the overall experience has been great for me."
During the travel team circuit, Oliver, the No. 75 ranked prospect in the class of 2009, will be back in action with The Playaz.
