Monday afternoon, Oklahoma State head coach Travis Ford confirmed that the Cowboys and Johnson -- who attends but doesn't play for Midland (Texas) College -- will be going in separate directions.
"He won't be here," Ford told Newsok.com about whether or not Johnson would be a Cowboy next season. "He won't be here, that's all I want to say about that."
A native of Richmond, Va., the 6-foot-7 Johnson is arguably the top talent in the junior college ranks and a guy who could have made an immediate impact in the Big 12.
