"Most of the Pac-10 has been in to see me along with Duke, Syracuse, Michigan and San Diego State."
Averaging 18 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks per game for his 18-3 team, Viney impacts the game in a number of ways. Along with his ability to score and rebound, he also has a knack for being at the right place at the right time and a feel for finding the open man.
"The biggest thing I'm working on is my strength," said Viney, who possesses an impressive 7-foot-1 wingspan. "I'm also working with a plyometric guy to work on my quickness and speed.
"Rebounding and shooting are my strengths, and I've gotten better defensively in the last two years. I've really worked hard at it."
This summer Viney will team up with one of the better 2007 point guards Kamyron Brown on the SoCal Razorbacks.
