Northeastern adds quality big man
Ryan Pierson of St. Louis (Mo.) Christian Brothers College High is one of those post players who could easily blow up on the mid-major level, and Northeastern has him in the fold.
Pierson, 6-foot-10, 225-pounds, committed to Northeastern after his official visit this weekend.

"It felt like a good fit," said Pierson. "I really like the coaching staff, and I like Boston a lot. I got along well with the players also."
Pierson also visited and considered offers from Detroit, Austin Peay and Ball State.
