NorCal Hoops All Star Teams

Introducing the second annual NorCalPreps.com All-Norcal Teams for high school boys basketball.

Nominations for the All-Norcal Team were obtained from members of the Northern California Coaches Poll (NCCP) and Top 100 Committees. Consensus picks were a major factor in selection. Also, selections are based on high school accomplishment rather than college potential. All other factors being equal, players on more successful teams and competing in the higher divisions, received more favorable consideration.
