Surratt (pictured right) is one of the more electrifying point guards in the class of 2002. He possesses deadly quickness and is very difficult to contain off the dribble.
Simply put, he makes things happen out on the basketball court.
Back in July, Surratt was rumored to have given Georgetown an oral commitment, but he refuted that report in an interview with Rivalshoops.com.
Surratt, who burst onto the national scene in July at the adidas ABCD Camp in New Jersey, will have several more attempts to qualify on both the SAT and ACT exams.
Of course, he could opt to attend prep school or junior college should he fall short of NCAA academic standards for freshmen.
The Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com will keep you posted on Surratt's academic progress in the coming months, so stay tuned to this site for more information as the high school season unfolds.
