No changes for Wright

With two of his five official visits in the books, the most recent being a visit to Duke, Brandan Wright is still set to visit his other three schools before making a decision, according to Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy head coach George Pitts.
"Brandan enjoyed his Duke visit," said Coach Pitts. "He's still planning to take the rest of them. Nothing has changed."

Wright is slated to visit hometown Vanderbilt this weekend, Louisville the following weekend and then North Carolina for Midnight Madness. Wright's first visit was to Kentucky.
"Coach Stallings was in yesterday to confirm everything for the visit this weekend," said Pitts. "Tubby [Smith] is coming tomorrow. Brandan is in a great position, but he is also in a very tough position. It is going to be a difficult decision. All five schools have a legitimate shot to get him."
Wright, a 6-foot-9, 201-pound forward and the No. 5 ranked prospect in the Rivals150, averaged 20 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks per game last season as Brentwood Academy won its third straight state championship.
Brandan Wright scouting report:
Full of NBA potential, Wright is a tremendous shot blocker and a very good rebounder. His wing span of 7-foot-1.5 allows him to play above his opponents, and rarely does he turn the ball over. His skinny frame can be out muscled, and he needs to learn to hold his ground defensively and not always set up for the block and learn to post up harder on offense. He has range out to 17-feet but needs to tighten up his mechanics and improve the consistency of his jumper.
