Nike Team Florida The Workout Saturday

Now in it's fifth year, Tom Topping's annual "The Workout" kicked off at the Wildwood Rec Center in St. Petersburg, Fla. on Saturday. As is customary each year, the juniors and seniors played on Saturday while the freshman and sophomores will hit the floor on Sunday. Standing out from the pack on Saturday was future Florida Gator and 2012 four-star prospect Michael Frazier.
Saturday standouts

Michael Frazier ( 2012, 6-foot-3, shooting guard)- A four-star prospect committed to Florida , Frazier shot the ball with pinpoint accuracy from the outside. He also handled the ball with strength and delivered some impressive passes. Not an explosive athlete, Frazier does, however, have strength and a poised presence on the court which should translate well to the college level.
Daniel Sapp (2011, 6-foot-2, shooting guard)- While Frazier was the best shooter in the building, Sapp wasn't far behind. He's not bashful about letting it fly from deep and is particularly dangerous in transition where he crosses over defenders and pulls up for three-pointers. Looks like a guy who will make a lot of three pointers in college.
Chris Bryant (2011, 6-foot-7, power forward)- A long-armed insider who bears a striking resemblance to Donyell Marshall, Bryant is very active around the rim. He uses his quickness to his advantage and chases rebounds and dunk opportunities. He's hearing from Florida State, Murray State, East Carolina and North Carolina Wilmington.
Will Cummings (2011, 6-foot-1, point guard)- Temple dipped down into Florida and got themselves a pretty good player. He's quick, shoots very well from deep and doesn't let anybody get him off kilter. He will need to add some strength, but his skill-level is ready for the A-10.
Demetrius Henry (2012, 6-foot-8, power forward)- One of the best big men in attendance, the four-star forward played like one on Saturday. He's added noticeable strength to his lean frame since the summer and controlled the glass on both ends of the floor. He ran hard in transition, faced up to make jumpers and showed good feet in the lane. He said Florida State has offered and that he's heard from Georgetown, Central Florida, Alabama, Virginia Tech and Miami.
Devon Walker (2012, 6-foot-4, combo guard)-Walker immediately impressed with his length and athleticism. A possible point guard prospect, Walker sees the floor well and has a feel for passing the ball. His ability to rebound defensively makes him a dangerous threat in the transition game. He has an offer from Liberty and interest from Louisiana Tech, Boston College and Florida International. Louisiana Tech and Boston College are scheduled to watch Walker this fall.
Isaiah Cotton (2011, 6-foot-11, center)- Coming off knee surgery, Cotton impacted the game with his shot blocking ability but is a work in progress offensively. As his conditioning improves, so will Cotton's overall impact on the game. James Madison and Bowling Green State have offered Cotton.
Matt Williams (2012, 6-foot-4, shooting guard)- A bouncy athlete, Williams shot the ball well from the outside. He also had success attacking the basket, especially going to his left hand. Williams has offers from Liberty , North Florida, Florida Atlantic and Rider have offered Williams, who is also getting interest from Central Florida, South Florida, Western Kentucky and Tulsa . All the schools that have offered and Central Florida have checked on Williams this fall.
Erik McCree (2012, 6-foot-6, small forward)- A physical forward, McCree handles the ball well has both a slasher and a passer. The left hander is also capable of making shots from behind the arc. As a 2012 prospect he has a legitimate shot at being a high major prospect. North Florida has offered and Iowa , Miami , Murray State , Central Florida, Stetson and Western Kentucky are showing interest. Central Florida has been in this fall, and Iowa , Murray State and Stetson are expected to check on him as well.
Billydee Williams (2012, 6-foot-5, small forward)- He should get plenty of open looks this winter when he teams with the nation's top prospect, Austin Rivers, at Winter Park High. A high flyer with, long arms and fairly broad shoulders he's also got an ideal build for a wing. He shoots with a high release point and has toughness to spare.
Reshawn Rembert (2011, 6-foot-2, shooting guard)- A solid wing scorer, Rembert got loose in transition over and over Saturday afternoon. He's a mid level guy who can knock down some shots, has good athleticism and he points points on the board in bunches.
Josip Mikulic (2012, 6-foot-9, center)- One of the best shooters in attendance regardless of position, he wore out the nets with his jumper. He's got good hands and while he isn't particularly quick, he actually moves his feet pretty well.
More Saturday notables
D'Andre Bullard from Apopka (Fla.) Wekiva is a nice looking combo guard prospect. The 6-foot-2 senior is long, quick and can get to the rim off the dribble. He's also a flashy passer and is a bit of a high risk/high reward type guy. He's hearing from Liberty , James Madison, Furman and Northeastern with an offer from Western Carolina. … Marc Noriela of Orlando (Fla.) Olympia is one tough customer. The 6-foot-6 junior wing is a grinder on the interior, fills the lane for dunks and will knock down some jumpers as well. His best assets are his overall athleticism and a non-stop motor. … 6-foot-6 senior wing Trevor Franklin of Orlando (Fla.) Northeast is an intriguing guy. While skinny, he is very fluid and a good ball-handler for a kid with size. His jumper looks workable and his game could blossom as he adds strength. … Darius Perkins is a little bit of an undersized shooting guard, but he's got lots of confidences and is pretty crafty. He's a good jump shooter and also makes up for a lack of height with outstanding strength. … Devin Walker will be a guy to monitor in the class of 2012. The athletic, 6-foot-3 wing hails from Winter Haven (Fla.) High and can finish well above the rim. Handles some and is a pretty good passer to boot. He could be a very versatile defender down the road. …
