New top three for Smith
Fresno (Calif.) Edison High School big man Greg Smith has established himself as one of the top big men out west. Numerous schools are trying to recruit him, but Smith presently is serious about six schools, with three at the top.
According to the 6-foot-8, 220-pound Smith, Arizona, Fresno State and Oregon are his top three schools. Behind his top three are Florida, Kansas and Memphis. Smith claims offers from all six schools.

A final decision could come before the end of the summer although local school Fresno State is the only school that Smith has visited.
"I might make a commitment before the big tournament in Las Vegas at the end of July," said Smith. "I'm not sure if I'll be able to take visits before then or not."
