Package deals don't often come to fruition, but senior point guard DeJon Jarreau and senior power forward Brison Gresham look pretty intent on making their package deal happen.
High school teammates at New Orleans (La.) McDonogh 35 and during the summers on the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League circuit with Elfrid Payton Elite, Jarreau and Gresham have the same finalists and now six of the same visit dates.
Down to Creighton, LSU, Massachusetts, Miami, Oklahoma, Tulane and USC, Jarreau -- who has already visited Creighton officially with Gresham -- tweeted out that visits have been set.
Jarreau confirmed to Rivals.com that Gresham will accompany him on the visits and that they are set for Miami (9/19), UMass (9/24), Oklahoma (10/03) and USC (10/24). The duo will visit Tulane (9/9) and LSU (10/17) unofficially and according to Jarreau they will pick the same program.
"That's my brother and we're going to the same college," Jarreau told Rivals.com. "Wherever he go, I go. Wherever I go, he go! We're a duo!"
A 6-foot-5 point guard who currently ranks No. 44 in the Rivals150, Jarreau is on the verge of being a steal for whichever school lands him. He can play on or off the ball, is a slick off-the-dribble scorer and he's buttoned up his outside shooting.
Gresham, an unranked three-star prospect, is making a strong bid to enter the 2016 Rivals150 when it is updated next week. At 6-foot-8 he is a high level athlete, plays with energy and is productive around the rim and on the glass.
