New Mexico lands first in 2012
Steve Alford and the New Mexico Lobos are on the board in the class of 2012.
Tuesday afternoon, the Lobos tapped an Indiana Elite program that has been good to Alford since he was at Iowa as La Porte (Ind.) La Lumiere seven-footer Obij Aget made a verbal commitment.

"I picked New Mexico because I have a good relationship with their coaches," Aget told Rivals.com. "They came to my games in July."
Though he's still raw, Aget is a massive interior prospect who moves surprisingly well. In particular he can get up and down the floor and his ability to run and disrupt things should serve him well during his college years.
"I think I fit into their system because I run the floor well," said Aget. "I like playing in an up and down system."
