Neale Has SEC, Big 12 Interest

While Georgetown University transfer Harvey Thomas has attracted the most attention this fall at Northeast Oklahoma A&M J.C. in Miami, Okla., the Norsemen have some other sophs who have attracted some early Division I looks.
Rivalshoops.com caught up with first-year NEO Head Coach Jason Turk at the recent Central Missouri State JUCO Jamboree.

One of these sophomores is Alfred Neale (right), an athletic 6-5, 190 pound swingman from Muskogee, Okla., has attracted a smattering of Division I looks this fall, Turk said. Programs such as Tulsa, Oral Roberts, Auburn and Kansas State have taken a look at Neale, Turk said. Neale can really elevate on his shot, but he isn't particularly quick laterally.
As a freshman, Neale averaged 13.2 points and 5.3 rebounds a game. He was named Co-Newcomer of the Year in the Bi-State Conference and was also the NEO's leading scorer last season.
