CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Currently a four-star prospect, sharp shooting forward Cole Swider is poised to make a big climb in the next 2018 Rivals150. At the NBPA Top 100 Camp he's proven he deserves a promotion and talked about adding Duke to his final list.

At 6-foot-8 with smooth athleticism, Swider has a perfect jump shot that he hits with a high level of accuracy. He's an ideal fit for the way basketball is moving towards "positionless" players and schools are pitching him at multiple spots.

"College basketball and basketball in general is changing more to a four being like a three," said Swider. "So it's just basketball players now. Some schools have pitched me as being a three and some as a four."

Not too far back, Swider released a final list of schools that included Michigan, Villanova, Providence, Creighton, Indiana, Miami, Syracuse and Xavier. Then Mike Krzyzewski from Duke offered a scholarship and Swider added the Blue Devils to his list.

He also took a recent visit to Durham.

"The Duke visit went really well," Said Swider. "Meeting coach K was really awesome. That was like my dream school growing up so it was cool to finally get the opportunity to receive a scholarship from them."

Swider was also recently in Philadelphia to check in with Villanova.

"Jay Wright told me he wants me to come in and get buckets," said Swider. "I'm really cool with Jay Wright and he's awesome."

Though he doesn't have an exact date yet, Swider indicated that he would like to fit in a few more visits and try to move on to making a decision sooner than later.

"Recruiting is fun in the beginning," said Swider. "But towards the end everybody wants you and I don't want to waste anybody's time. I'm going to figure it out with my parents pretty soon and we'll get a date and time."
