Nankivil staying home

With a very tough decision to make between three schools in three different conference, Keaton Nankivil has chosen to stay in his home town and play his college ball in the Big Ten.
Nankivil, a 6-foot-8, 245-pound power forward from Memorial High School in Madison, Wisc., was initially recruited by Wisconsin as a freshman, and the relationship that he formed with the staff was the deciding factor according to his travel team coach Ritchie Davis of the Fox Valley Skillz.

"It was an extremely tough decision for Keaton between Wisconsin, Marquette and Boston College," said Davis. "Wisconsin first offered Keaton during his freshman year. And the relationship he forged with both coach Bo Ryan and assistant coach Greg Gard over the past three years was the difference."
The No. 76 ranked prospect in the Rivals150, Nankivil joins his summer teammate Tim Jarmusz as the second Badger commitment in the 2007 class.
Keaton Nankivil scouting report:
Nankivil has now moved his shooting range to beyond the three-point line. He has above average athleticism around the basket and can score both off post moves and offensive rebounding. Working on his ball handling, the ultimate key for Nankivil is to play with a high level of intensity.
