More Offers Flow To Star Guard

Ronnie Brewer, a 6-5, 190 pound shooting guard/swingman from Fayetteville H.S. in Fayetteville, Ark., has a pair of scholarship offers on the table this spring.
Brewer told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com that he has been offered scholarships by Mississippi and Arkansas. His father played at Arkansas back in the early 1980s.

In addition to the two programs above, Brewer said he also has a strong mutual interest in Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, Florida and Louisiana State.
Brewer said he hopes to make some unofficial trips to Arkansas, Ole Miss, Kansas and Oklahoma State in the coming weeks.
"I am just looking at everybody right now," Brewer said. "There's no pressure to make a decision."
This past season at Fayetteville H.S., Brewer averaged 26 points, nine rebounds, six assists, three steals and two blocks. At the Bob Gibbons Tournament, Brewer also showed a penchant for scoring, averaging 17.5 points per game as the Panthers reached the quarterfinals.
Brewer said he has a 3.0 GPA and has tallied a 19 on the ACT.
His busy summer ahead will include pit stops at the Nike All-American Camp, the Great American Shootout, the adidas Big Time Tournament and the AAU Nationals. Brewer will play with the Arkansas Hawks at the GAS and AAU Nationals, while he plans on playing with the Panthers again at the Big Time Tourney.
We will keep you posted on Brewer this summer, as he could be one of the better pure scorers in the Class of 2003.
