Mims May Have Clock Issue

Karlton Mims, an aggressive 6-2, 180 pound sophomore shooting guard from Garden City C.C. in Garden City, Kan., may have to go the Division II route due to an NCAA clock issue.
Mims has Division I level talent. He's an explosive athlete who finishes plays around the basket that other perimeter players can't, and he elevates exceptionally on his jumper. Thanks to his athletic pop, Mims is also a very good rebounder for a guard.
