Milligan Will Play In Big East

Dante Milligan, a versatile 6'8'' 195 pound combo forward from The Trinity Pawling School in Pawling, New York, has committed to Pittsburgh, Rivalshoops.com has been able to confirm with sources.
Milligan had previously taken official visits to Pittsburgh and Georgetown. West Virginia was also among his most serious suitors.

Milligan competed with The Long Island Panthers this summer, an attendee of the ABCD camp, The Three Stripes Tournament, and Las Vegas Big Time Tournament, among others.
A native of New York City, Milligan had previously attended The Episcopal School in Virginia before transferring to Trinity Pawling for his junior year.
Milligan represents a quality pick-up for a Pitt program that has increased their presence in New York City, with Xaverian's Chris Taft already hopping on board and sophomore Carl Krauser, a native of The Bronx, waiting in the wings to run the point. Dante is a spindly forward who can slash with decent proficiency for his size, and can attack the glass.
Milligan should be good to go academically. He has already notched a qualifying SAT score of 840.
