Miles Visit To Georgia Tech Put On Hold

Calvin "C.J." Miles was supposed to leave for Georgia Tech on Thursday evening, but the official visit has temporally been put on hold. Bad weather will prevent the 6-foot-6, 195-pound small forward/shooting guard from Skyline High School in Dallas, Texas., from making the trip tonight. Calvin Miles, Sr., stated that they hope to catch a flight to Atlanta on Friday.
“Our official visit to Georgia Tech has been delayed a bit,” Mr. Miles said. “The flight was canceled and we’re on our way home right now. We all hope to make the trip to Georgia Tech on Friday, but I don’t really know if that will happen or not. My family and I are safe, so that is the most important thing right now.”

Miles, the No. 26 ranked player in the class of 2005, made a real name for himself this summer playing for Team Texas. Prior to trimming his list of schools to three, the Texas native had been receiving interest from the likes of North Carolina, Arizona, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Boston College and a few others.
The No. 4 ranked player in the state of Texas has already taken an official visit to Kansas and has plans to visit Texas during the weekend of October 15.
