Miles taking a visit this weekend

Isaac Miles, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound combo guard from Bishop Miege High School in Shawnee Mission, Kan., is ready to take a step forward in his recruitment. Now that his senior year of hoops has ended, Miles, a three-star prospect, is ready to start taking some official visits. For Miles, that process begins this weekend.
"Isaac will be taking an official visit to Creighton this weekend," said Bishop Miege head coach Rick Zych. "He has already been to UMKC and is also going to visit Missouri-State in the future. The job situations at Missouri and Kansas State have put everything on hold with those two schools. I know that Isaac had planned to visit Missouri before the fire took place.

"USC, Purdue, Virginia and Bradley are some other schools that have continued to express an interest in Isaac," he added. "Coach Melvin Watkins from Missouri has also called."
According to Zych, it should come as no surprise that so many high-major programs are showing such a sincere interest in Miles, the three-star prospect. He has been simply sensational from start to finish.
"Isaac is the best player in the City as far as I am concerned," said Zych. "He is a DiRenna award finalist and averaged 24-points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals per game. We really asked Isaac to do a lot for us this year, and he did just that.
"Isaac is looking to play the point guard position in college," he added. "That is one area of his game that he has really improved. He is the type of player that just makes everybody around him so much better."
