Miles Nearing The End Of Recruitment

After returning from an official visit to Georgia Tech on Saturday, C.J. Miles spent several hours tonight meeting with his father. The 6-foot-5, 195-pound shooting guard small forward from Skyline High School in Dallas, Texas, was trying to figure out what step to take next.
“Our visit to Georgia Tech this weekend was awesome,” Mr. Miles said. “We had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with the players, coaches’ and their families. A member of the coaching staff had a barbeque for us at his house, so that was something we definitely enjoyed.

“C.J. also spent quite a bit of time with the players on Friday and Saturday. Jeremis Smith was his host and I know they had a great time together,” he added. “Georgia Tech made up a lot of ground this weekend. We were extremely impressed with what we saw”
Miles, the No. 26 ranked player in the class of 2005, has already taken an official visit to Kansas, and is scheduled to visit Texas for Midnight Madness. Now that the Texas native has officially visited two schools, is he ready to make a decision?
”No, C.J. has not made any decisions about a school,” Mr. Miles said. “We plan to visit Texas next weekend. If everything goes as planned, we will hold a press conference a week from Tuesday to announce a decision. I have always felt that it would be best for C.J. to get a look at several campuses, which allows him to get a better feel for each situation.”
