Mike Cook May Wait Until Spring

Mike Cook, a 6-3, 215-pound shooting guard from Friends Central High School in Philadelphia, PA, averaged 19 points, seven rebounds, and five assists for last year.
Mike has been hearing from UMass, Virginia, Villanova, St. John's, Siena, Penn St., Towson, and American. But UMASS has since re-landed Mike Lasme.

He does not have any offers yet. He has not taken any visits yet. He plans on making some visits next month. He does not know which schools he will visit. "I'd probably like to go to a school with a good business program. I'm going to decide late."
Mike scored 860 on the SAT, but still needs to raise his core GPA in order to qualify. Mike Cook brings great size and strength to the wing, a sturdy shooting guard who is a competent ball handler, often using his handle to free himself up for a shot. When we saw him, Mike's shot wasn't falling, but he has good mechanics.
Mike spent most of his time last weekend on the perimeter, but he has the size to go inside and rebound from the wing.
