Middleton Makes Decision

Roderick Middleton, a 6-3, 195-pound point guard from Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, committed to the University of Buffalo last night, according to head coach Jason Smith.

It was only recently that Middleton had Vanderbilt in for an in home visit according to Smith. Middleton, a solid all-around player, had narrowed his field to three schools -- Vanderbilt, Buffalo, and Southern Illinois. Buffalo made the biggest push at the end and Middleton decided this was a good place to play and gain playing time.

Middleton had already been offered by Southern Illinois. Previously, Middleton received serious interest from Bowling Green. But when the coaching change took place, this eliminated them.
