Memphis Takes Look At JUCO
The Memphis basketball program is taking a hard look at Dexter Lyons, a hard-working 6-5, 210 pound power forward from Daytona Beach C.C. in Daytona Beach, Fla.
According to Daytona Beach Head Coach Frank Burnell, the Tiger program came in on Sunday to take a look at Lyons.

Burnell said that Lyons has already visited Central Florida and will visit South Florida and Charlotte.
As a sophomore this past season, Lyons averaged 13.5 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
A very intense player, Lyons does most of his handiwork around the basket. He is a high energy player who brings a bit something extra to the table.
A native of Riverdale, Ga., Lyons is expected to graduate and sign a national letter of intent this spring, so stay tuned.
