Josh McRoberts will announce his college decision this afternoon at a 3:45 CST press conference. The 2005 prospect took an unofficial visit to Durham, NC last week and took in the sites of Duke University. The Carmel, IN native will likely make his pledge to the ACC school.

McRoberts has been recruited by a number of schools including Duke, Indiana, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Kansas and Florida.

At 6-foot-9, 215 pounds, the forward cand do a number of things on the hardwood. He's a tremendous passer from the high post as well as a solid interior presence. McRoberts said he's in the process of developing his outside touch.

If he does indeed verbally committ to Duke, it will be the second pledge to the Blue Devils in the class of 2005. Greg Paulus committed to Duke in early September.
