Martin backs out of Louisville commitment

Louisville's 2010 class took a big hit when elite big man Jeremy Tyler decided to head to Europe. The class just took another hit Thursday morning when four-star prospect Justin Martin opened his recruitment back up.
"I started thinking this over with my dad the past couple weeks," said Martin, a 6-foot-7, 200-pound forward from Indianapolis Lawrence North High School. "We made a decision as a family that I committed too early."

Martin, who had offers from Cincinnati, Dayton, Miami, Valparaiso and Xavier, is reluctant to name any other schools at this early point.
"I'm just going to see who contacts me," he said. "I don't want to name any favorites, because what if they don't call me?"
Louisville will continue to recruit Martin and still holds a commitment from three-star forward Josh Langford.
The No. 56-ranked prospect in the Rivals150, Martin will work out with the adidas Nations in Portland, Ore., this weekend.
