He has offers from Iona, Manhattan, Rider, Hofstra, St. Peter's, Marist, Quinnipiac, Boston U., Elon, and Central Connecticut. Hartford had previously extended an offer, but Marshall has not heard from them in a while.
Marshall has one school that he will definitely visit.
"I'll visit Iona," said Marshall. "That's one of the definites. Then at the end of this month I'll probably schedule some more visits."
St. Peter's and Marist are also interested in scheduling in-home visits.
Marshall, who plays with Artie Cox's Sonday Express AAU team, is currently at the Five Star Camp in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. He'll participate in the Gauchos Roundball Classic in The Bronx the first week of September, and then will compete in The IS8 League in Queens during the fall.
Marshall wields a soft-shooting touch past the arc, but he is most consistent pulling up from mid-range. Possessing a long frame, Justin is quick off his feet, a capable shot blocker. Marshall sports an intriguing package of inside-outside skills.
Justin carries an 83 average in the classroom. He has scored 850 on the SAT. He will take the test again in October.
