Mario Boggan Has Three Serious Schools

CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA -- Mario Boggan, a 6-6 inside forward from Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, told us he has three main schools -- North Carolina, Florida, and Indiana.
"I don't have a clear leader," Boggan said. "I am looking at all three schools seriously."

Boggan played well when we watched him this weekend at the Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina Tournament of Champions event. He was smooth along the baseline and showed more agility too inside with his moves.
The question will be is how serious will Indiana and North Carolina pursue Boggan since it is known that Florida is very strong in this recruiting battle. As of today, Boggan says that he has not committed to Florida.
Previously, Boggan had listed NC State, Ohio State, Clemson, South Carolina, Charlotte, and Virginia Tech. Wake Forest has slipped since the departure of Dave Odom.
Boggan plans on playing at Hargrave Military Academy next season. He is labelled a five year player and can not play at Oak Hill next season.
