Manix Auriantal Has Some D-1 Interest

Manix Auriantal, a quick 6-0, 175 pound shooting guard from Globe Tech in New York, N.Y., has attracted some Division I recruiting interest this winter.
According to Globe Head Coach Ken Wilcox, Auriantal had an early offer from Quinnipiac. Texas Christian also expressed interest in the offensive minded guard after seeing him play at a recent event, and St. Francis of N.Y. has also inquired.

A native of Quebec in Canada, Auriantal averages 13.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. He has converted 61 percent of his shots from the field and 45 percent of his three point attempts.
Auriantal comes from a basketball playing family. He had an older brother that played at the University of Wisconsin and another one who played at St. Francis (NY).
